Meet Jonah
As a former collegiate athlete, Jonah recognizes the importance of sports performance coaching and its impact on an athlete’s development. Jonah holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with a Coaching minor as well as a nearly a decade of experience in working with athletes of various ages from grade school to the professional level.
