What's a cold plunge?

A cold plunge, or cold water therapy, is the practice of immersing yourself in a full tub of cold water.

My technique; 20 mins in the sauna, 10 mins cold plunge followed by 10 mins in the hot tub. 

Word of advice: Keep you hands & toes above the water level. First 30 seconds are abrupt but you acclimate quickly."
