She has taken part in triathlons and half marathons as well as powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, placing first several times as a National Figure Competitor and winning her division in powerlifting.

That experience means she understands what it takes to train hard, compete, and perform under pressure. Amy also earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, which allows her to provide nutrition coaching and write meal plans. For an athlete, that combination is powerful, because real performance is built not only by how you train but also by how you fuel and recover.
