Meet Amy
Training is overseen by the Personal Training Director, Amy Burkhardt. Amy found her love for fitness in high school when she started weight lifting. She has competed in triathlons and half marathons as well as powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions, where she placed first several times as a National Figure Competitor and won her division in powerlifting.
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition allowing her to provide nutrition coaching and write meal plans.
