NEW Zumba Instructors! We recently welcomed 2 new Zumba Instructors: Lady Rio and Mary Ann. Lady Rio leads our Sunday Strong Zumba program which is every Monday at 4:30PM This is a fun Zumba Class for 18+ Adult Athletes with Intellectual Disabilities.
