Sand Volleyball
Vero Beach Volleyball is a 9-court beach facility located on the back of the Vero Fitness property. This is Vero Beach’s premier beach volleyball facility. We offer pick-up play, adult and junior leagues as well as tournaments. Professional training is provided by C to C Sand Volleyball Training with Resident Pro Matt Heath.

It doesn’t matter if you have never played before but have always wanted to try it out or if you are prepping for a college scholarship or are a seasoned tournament player. All skill levels are welcome! Beach volleyball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. Come out and join the fun.

Head Coach Matt Heath competed professionally on the AVP Tour (Association of Volleyball Professionals), domestically, and he has competed in 14 different countries on the FIVB Tour (Federation International de Volleyball), the highest ranking international tour.
Coach Matt has had the privilege of training with legends of the game, Karch Kiraly (3 time Gold Medalist), Butch May (Misty May’s father), as well as United States Olympians, Jake Gibb, Sean Rosenthal, Todd Rogers, Riley Salmon (Indoor Beijing Gold Medalist) and was the former roommate of the team of Phil Dalhausser (Beijing Gold Medalist) and Nick Lucena, currently the hottest team on tour just returning from the Rio Olympic Games.

He is also a High Performance coach for USA Volleyball’s Florida Region, responsible for identifying the best players in the state and training them for USAV Nationals as well as international events.

Matt’s experience competing with and against the elite of the game has given him insight to the skills and strategies needed to compete at any level. In addition to his knowledge of the game, Matt has a unique ability to share what he has learned and a talent for making training fun. His coaching programs emphasize proper beach technique in an environment of positive reinforcement.
