Please sign your children up in advance for a time slot.

We have two time slots for the Day Shift and Afternoon/Evening Shift & one time slot on Saturday.

Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-10:30AM & 10:30AM-12:30PM

Afternoon/Evening Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-7:30PM 

Saturdays- 8:30AM-12:30PM

Vero Fitness’s Kids Fit area has a large jungle gym and a small slide for the kids to play on! We have toys, games, craft supplies and more to entertain the little ones while you work out!

Our Kids Fit Staff strives to provide a hands-on, FUN, friendly, sanitary & safe atmosphere for your children.

*All Kids Fit staff members are CPR certified.

Monday – Thursday: 8:30AM-12:30PM & 3:30PM-7:30PM

Friday: 8:30AM-12:30PM

Saturday: 8:30AM-12:30PM

Sunday: Closed
